Location was excellent but breakfast was just ok.

At the front desk l mentioned to the staff this was our first time in the city so please give us a room with a pleasant view. During the conversation there was no eye contact at all and ultimately he gave us a room facing a run down carpark so most of the time l just drew my curtains. We did not ask for a change of room though. My husband said it would be too much of a hassle and the no eye contact staff will surely be more unpleasant!

Crossing the the main road in front of the hotel is impossible. You need a taxi/grab to reach a restaurant, just a few "warung" a few meters down the road.

Check in and out process hideous and slow

Nothing much except the room is spacious and decently furnished

Dirty linens, poor breakfast, worn out towels etc. Things that does not reflect well with the word “ Premiere”

There was no coffee or tea served during breakfast, I had to get it myself. They promised that the bar on LT. 2 would be open for us, but then at arrival we heard someone from outside had rented it so we were forced to sit in our room.

The rooms were okay

A week prior to this visit we made a reservation for the lounge bar to be sure it would be open because the last stay it was also closed because of an outside party. Even the manager promised us that the lounge bar would be open. When we arrived in the hotel we saw on the board in the main hall that the loungebar would be closed again from 5 pm till 10 pm. When we tried to complain at the reception they did not speak english at all and they refused to get the manager because it was not their problem, because they told us booked is booked. And since we also made a reservation and we got a promise we said: Promise and reservation are promise and reservation. But since it was again a Ramadhan party from someone outside the hotel, we lost the argument, because they had paid more. Eventually we were allowed to go in the bar after 10pm but at 11pm the bar got closed and they wanted us to leave. All with all this hotel is certainly not 4 star worth it since they treat all their clients as trash (read: we had to sit till 10 pm in our rooms). For tourists and other non-Indonesian people, I would recommend to look for another hotel, like novotel. This hotel only gives Indonesian people the 4 star expericence. For the outsiders its a 2 star hotel.

Your local carpenter hand made wooden beds are so bad, nothing I like in the room, sorry

How come your double bad is a combination of 2 single beds, you must be kiding

The hotel location is close to few good culinary places. The room is clean and the bed is larger than expected + comfy. Our breakfast is one of positive point during our stay there, Lekker as dutch people says.

Sometime difficult to find parking place for our car.

The hotel location is very near to mosques.

The circulation of car parking area is too narrow, and I had bad experience with lift when the electricity power shut down.

The bed is comfortable with extra pillows and a bolster. Plus the bathtub is really nice. You don't get bathtubs in hotels with this kind of class and rate. The staff is friendly, responsive and do their best to give good service.

Their food doesn't taste really good.

I got a call from the front desk regarding my already confirmed reservation and threaten me that they will sell my room to someone else if I did not check in by 8pm. I was having difficulty to get to the hotel at that time due to traffic jam and getting that kind of call from the hotel is very unprofessional attitude. Very dissappointed

The interior, the food, the location

There was a problem with the room key when i was staying there, so whenever i want to enter my room i need a staff to help me with the key

the hotel was near the big offices in town, big roads and there was a mosque nearby.

the rooms were not so nice but OK.. wasnt so clean when we came in,, and i think it was a smoking room before.
